Rules: We Double Your Reservation - Expo Construcción 2022 CasaMax Inmobiliaria

These Rules are intended to regulate the requirements and conditions that must be met exclusively by the persons referred to as Casamax Customers, as detailed below, in order to obtain the reservation-doubling benefit with the companies of the Casamax Inmobiliaria group.

DEFINITIONS

Expo Construcción 2022 Customer and/or The Customer: For the purposes of these rules, “Expo Construcción 2022 Customer” means any person who has reserved a housing unit in any of the Casamax Inmobiliaria Projects during the Expo Construcción 2022 period detailed below.

Project: For the purposes of these rules, “Project” means any of the real estate projects, whether houses and/or apartments, that the Casamax Inmobiliaria Group is marketing.

Reservation: For the purposes of these rules, “Reservation” means the act by which an “Expo Construcción 2022 Customer” pays a specific amount of money to set aside one or more housing units in any of the projects of the Casamax Inmobiliaria Group.

Purchase and/or formalization of the sale: For the purposes of these rules, “Purchase and/or Formalization of the sale” means the act by which “The Expo Construcción 2022 Customer” executes before a Notary Public the public deed of sale of the housing unit.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

Term: This promotion is valid from the eighteenth (18) of May two thousand twenty-two (2022) and ends on the twenty-second (22) of May two thousand twenty-two (2022).

Other promotions: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. If the customer decides to participate in this promotion, they may not participate in other current or future promotions of Casamax Inmobiliaria. 

Changes to the Rules: Casamax Inmobiliaria reserves the right to modify these rules at any time in order to include all changes necessary for the proper running of this promotion.

PROCEDURE

1. When THE CUSTOMER visits our booth at Expo Construcción 2022 at the Pedregal events center and makes the payment to reserve any of the housing units of the projects being marketed at that fair, they may receive a doubling of the reservation for an amount ranging from $1,000 (One thousand United States dollars) up to a maximum of $2,000 (Two thousand United States dollars). The amount to be doubled will depend on the amount previously set by Casamax Inmobiliaria as the reservation amount for each project and on the amount the customer ultimately pays.
2. The customer will receive the doubling of the reservation amount according to the project in which they are buying, so that for the projects Torres de Monterrey, Hacienda Coyol and Ayarco Boulevard Lots the maximum amount to be doubled will be $1,000 (One thousand United States dollars)
3. The customer will receive the doubling of the reservation amount according to the project in which they are buying, so that for the projects Ayarco Boulevard houses, Tramontane, Avenida 83 and Bougainvillea, the maximum amount to be doubled will be $2,000 (Two thousand United States dollars).

The reserved amount that is doubled will at no time be handed over to the customer; instead, it will be applied to the final price of the housing unit as a contribution to the down payment. Therefore, an additional requirement of this promotion is that the Customer signs the deed of sale of the reserved housing unit and pays the full agreed sale price. Accordingly, if the deal does not reach a successful conclusion and The Customer does not purchase the reserved housing unit, Casamax Inmobiliaria has no obligation to hand over any sum of money.
