DEFINITIONS
Casamax Client: For the purposes of these rules, "Casamax Client" means any person who has purchased a residential unit in the Projects of Casamax Inmobiliaria.
Referral: For the purposes of these rules, "Referral" means any person to whom "the Casamax Client" has recommended one of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria, and who in turn must meet the following requirements in order to be classified as a "Referral": this person must be a new entry in the database, that is, a person who has not previously visited any of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria and is not registered in the database, and the same applies to the Referral's partner, spouse, siblings, parents and/or children, since in that case the person cannot be classified as such.
Project: For the purposes of these rules, "Project" means any of the real estate projects, whether of houses and/or apartments, that Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria has or has had for sale.
Reservation: For the purposes of these rules, "Reservation" means the act by which a "Referral" pays a specific amount of money to set aside a residential unit in any of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria.
Purchase and/or formalization of the sale: For the purposes of these rules, "Purchase and/or Formalization of the sale" means the act by which the "Casamax Client" or the "Referral" executes before a Notary Public the public deed of sale of the residential unit.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
Term: These rules are in effect from the first (01) day of November of two thousand twenty (2020) and end on March 30, 2021.
Previous Referral Plan rules: These rules supersede all previous rules, with the exception of CASAMAX CLIENTS AND REFERRALS who reserved a residential unit in any of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria before the first (01) of November of two thousand twenty (2020
PROCEDURE
- When the CASAMAX CLIENT is interested in participating in the Casamax Inmobiliaria Referral Plan, they must send an email to asistentemercadeo@casamaxcr.com clearly and in detail indicating the following information about the REFERRAL: Full name, phone number, email address, and identification of the potential project they are interested in.
- For the REFERRAL to be accepted and/or considered a new referral, they must not have previously visited, reserved and/or purchased, directly or indirectly, in any of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria. Therefore, when the REFERRAL's information is entered into the database of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria, they must not already be registered, and the REFERRAL's partner, spouse, siblings, parents and/or children must not be registered in the database either, since in that case they will not meet the requirements to be classified as such.
- If the REFERRAL does not meet any of the above requirements and cannot be classified as such, an email will be sent to the CASAMAX CLIENT indicating this, and the process ends at that point.
- If, once the database of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria has been reviewed, the REFERRAL is indeed a new entry, an email will be sent to the CASAMAX CLIENT indicating that they may proceed to be entered as part of the Casamax Inmobiliaria Referral Plan.
- The REFERRAL will be assigned to the salesperson of the project of interest to begin the follow-up work, which may conclude in a RESERVATION and subsequently in a PURCHASE.
- If the REFERRAL decides not to make a reservation, or if the formalization of the sale of the residential unit cannot be carried out for any reason in any of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria, the CASAMAX CLIENT will be informed of this situation, and in such case the reward detailed below does not apply.
- If the REFERRAL formalizes the sale of any of the residential units of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria and has paid the entire agreed sale price, as well as any other extra item contracted, the CASAMAX CLIENT and the Marketing Department of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria will be notified so that the rewards detailed below are delivered to the CASAMAX CLIENT and the REFERRED CLIENT:
- The CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward consisting of US $750 (SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America), payable by check issued in the name of the CASAMAX CLIENT, which must be picked up in person at the offices of Casamax Inmobiliaria located at: San José, San Rafael de Escazú, Centro Comercial Trejos Montealegre, Casamax Inmobiliaria Building.
- THE REFERRAL will receive a reward valued at US $750 (SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America), redeemable directly with the providers on the list supplied by Casamax Inmobiliaria.
- If the CASAMAX CLIENT refers more people, the following rules will apply:
- The process described above must be followed.
- When THE CASAMAX CLIENT refers a SECOND PERSON and the above procedure is met, THE CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward in the amount of US $1,000 (ONE THOUSAND exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America).
- When THE CASAMAX CLIENT refers a THIRD PERSON and the above procedure is met, THE CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward in the amount of US $1,250 (ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America).
- When THE CASAMAX CLIENT refers a FOURTH PERSON and the above procedure is met, THE CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward in the amount of US $1,500 (ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America).
- When THE CASAMAX CLIENT refers a FIFTH PERSON and the above procedure is met, THE CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward in the amount of US $1,750 (ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America).
- When THE CASAMAX CLIENT refers a SIXTH PERSON OR MORE and the above procedure is met, THE CASAMAX CLIENT will receive a reward in the amount of US $2,000 (TWO THOUSAND exact dollars, legal tender of the United States of America).
- The following are mandatory conditions for THE REFERRALS AND THE CASAMAX CLIENTS to receive the rewards:
- The CASAMAX CLIENT must have signed the deed of sale for one of the residential units of the projects of Grupo Casamax Inmobiliaria and have paid in full the agreed sale price, as well as any other extra item contracted.
