The answer depends on the project you like. We have 9 projects for sale, located at strategic, easily accessible points within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).
Prices range from $97,000 (US dollars) to $237,500 (US dollars).
How much is the down payment on the house?
To give you some context, you should know that the down payment is the minimum percentage of the home's price that is required, and that it is paid up front.
The down payment also depends on the project. At CasaMax we work with down payments of 10% of the home's value, but that doesn't mean you can't contribute more than that percentage if you have the funds.
How much is the monthly payment?
This is one of the points buyers most want to know, since they need to see whether the payment fits the monthly expenses they likely already have.
To calculate the monthly payment for the home, we first need to define the down payment you will contribute. Remember that the larger your down payment, the lower your monthly payment will be.
We offer monthly payments starting at $650 (US dollars) in our Allegro project, calculated with a 10% down payment, and up to $1,450 (US dollars) in our Source Living project, calculated with a 15% down payment.
How many floors does the house have?
To tell you a bit more about our designs, we develop not only houses but also apartment projects.
The architectural designs of the houses we currently have for sale include a ground floor with the social spaces such as the living room, dining room or kitchen, and an upper floor with the private spaces such as the bedrooms.
The apartment designs, for their part, have a single floor where all the rooms flow together.
How many bedrooms does it have?
The houses are designed with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, and if you wish, one of them can serve as a TV room, office or study.
The apartments we have for sale have 2 or 3 spacious bedrooms, depending on what you are looking for.
Another question we are often asked is whether an extra bedroom could be added on the ground floor.
The answer is yes. As a company, our job is always to look out for the comfort of all our homeowners, and the bedroom could be built as long as the project is in presale and the client covers the additional cost.
Our condominiums have different amenities for the enjoyment of all family members; however, the social areas depend on the project you like.
That said, in most of them you will find a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, children's play area and pet park.
Where is the project located?
The project's location is essential depending on what you are looking for: proximity to family, schools or even your workplace will influence your final decision.
CasaMax Inmobiliaria's projects are strategically located offering you convenience and easy access in areas with high property appreciation within the GAM.
We have projects in areas such as Moravia, close to the main schools and the Lincoln Plaza shopping center, and also in the province of Heredia, known for its landscapes thanks to its proximity to the mountains.
In the west, in areas such as Escazú or Ciudad Colón, which are characterized by a high level of urban and economic development, and on the other side, in the east, in the canton of Montes de Oca, home to most of the country's public and private universities.
When will it be ready?
The first step is to decide which project you liked best, since we have condominiums with immediate delivery, such as Altos de Sabanilla, Hacienda Colón, Allegro, Source Living and Quinta Fontana.
For our presale projects, deliveries are scheduled for the first half of 2021 for Bougainvillea and Koru, and for the second half of 2020 for Avenida 83 and Moravia 305.
